Crystal Beach is a nice clean beach. There are seldom many people around so it kind of quiet and you have the whole beach to yourselves. Another great thing is that you can drive onto the beach and unload right at the water's edge. The waves are small to medium and there is one place where there is a large wooden structure (sunken boat or something) about a quarter of a mile out that makes for a nice place to aim for a great point of reference. Overall, It is a great place to spend a day with some friends or your wife/husband. You can play on the beach while resting-and a few miles down there is a beach that is pretty packed on weekends so you can go party if you want after kayaking.
