Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, Texas on the Bolivar Peninsula.

We are a laid back community.. we like to watch & listen to the waves crash along the shore, while a line of pelican’s slice through our gorgeous South Texas skies. Fish along the beach front or cast a line out into East Galveston Bay for redfish, trout and flounder.. we have it all!

Sunrises on the beach and sunsets over the bay are awe inspiring! Truly a sight to behold.

With The Beach Charmer’s three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen and spacious living room, you’ll be very comfortable while inside relaxing after a fun, sun-filled day on the beach. Or if you prefer, sit outside on the large, gated side deck that faces the beach and enjoy a beverage of your choice! The deck has a gate at the top of the stairs with another gate further in to keep children and pets safe. With partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway with East Galveston Bay in the background, relaxation is the name of the game!

The kitchen is stocked is stocked with essential cookware, bakeware, dinnerware & utensils. A Keurig Dual coffee maker (make a pot or a just a cup!) along with sugar & creamer; blender; toaster and general spices are provided for your convenience. A dishwasher and microwave round out the kitchen.

We DO NOT PROVIDE PAPER PLATES OR DISPOSABLE UTENSILS.

The Beach Charmer’s comfortable accommodations include a king size bedroom with attached bathroom complete with a large jacuzzi tub; a queen size bedroom with a toddler ‘bunk’; the third room has a queen size bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living room along with a standard sofa. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Downstairs has a large concreted area to play games and let the kids ride on their toys. The yard is oversized, perfect for frisbee tossing or playing catch! A large BBQ pit is available for you to use; just bring charcoal for your grilling & chilling enjoyment. Hang out around the picnic table, lay in the hammock, chillax in a chair and just…

There is also a Sand Shower downstairs… the wonderful feel of the clean water washing the salty beach and sand off of you, is so refreshing in the closed-in outside shower.. you’ll wish you had an outside shower at your house!

The Beach Charmer sits on three lots, so you can park your trailer/s off to the side while keeping the driveway clear. We are settled in a quiet neighborhood on a direct beach access road. It’s a short walk or quick drive down to the beach where you can set-up your canopy, chairs, toys, etc. *Golf cart rentals are available from area merchants for the ultimate ‘beachy’ ride… Or you could bring your own golf cart, side by side, etc.

Awesome time at the Beach Charmer!! Only 3 blocks from the beach, great home with plenty of space. It’s got everything you need! And if you are fortunate enough to get to hang out with the owners Marty and Casey then you will have new friends for sure. We are making it an annual ritual to visit Crystal Beach and we know we’re we are staying!!

Marty was wonderful with our check-in. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughter said it was the most comfortable bed she's ever been in lol. It was very spacious and perfect for our 2 families. We will definitely be back!!

As a rental property owner myself, it’s the littlest of things that are huge. First off it’s exactly what it claims to be, Charming. My daughter kept commenting on how homie she felt and that’s extremely important when you have a 10 month and 3 year old. The property owners live right next door and provide information on a moments notice. The welcoming touches of chips and salsas, a greeting card and little extras put an immediate smile on our faces. As far as amenities, each bedroom had the most comfortable mattresses and bedding. My husband took pictures so we might duplicate the feel. Usually AC is problematic but not at the Beach Charmer (thank you). The location is great! .3 miles to the sandy beaches. We rented a golf cart but I preferred the walk to soak up all the neighborhood charm. We will absolutely come back! Spacious rooms · Thoughtful amenities
